Creating a Safe Space
What does it feel like for you when you're calling in what you want?
Those amazingly exciting, delicious, wonderful things that you're wanting for yourself.
There's another step to manifesting and that step is creating a space for all of those things that you're calling in, creating a landing spot, a safe space, a loving space.

Good morning, my beautiful co-opers, welcome to Tuesday morning Reiki meditation.
I am your host, Hilary, and this morning we're going to play with creating a safe space.
When it comes to manifesting, it's not just calling in the things that you want for yourself and having it appear in your physical reality which I feel is what I've been doing in the last little bit.
I've had this absolutely abundant week. Last week we played with creating a beacon within ourselves and calling into our personal space, all of the things that we want for ourselves. But there's another step. And so I have been absolutely relishing the benefits of last week's meditation.
I've been calling it all in. There's been abundance galore for me. Look, I'm glowing yellow, which is perfect because yellow is the color of power.
So I am a powerful manifester. I've been calling in all of the things that I want for myself. I have a brand new car. I have, a handful of new clients that I've had the opportunity to play with this last week and I've been having an absolute blast with my other half.
Just finishing up the summer before the kiddos go back to school. I've had this amazing week where I've really called in everything that I've wanted for myself and it feels amazing, but there's another piece.
There's another step to manifesting and that step is creating a space for all of those things that you're calling in, creating a landing spot, a safe space, a loving space.
In order to do that, it's kind of playing into the Universal Law of Vacuum, which basically says the Universe does not like empty space.
The Universe fills your space with everything that you are appreciative of. It's almost like the law of gratitude plus the law of attraction.
It's basically calling in all of those things that you're loving on, that you're loving for yourself. It's filling that space.
We want to create a safe space and also connect with our highest self on an unconditional loving level so that we can acknowledge that we actually are these, gorgeous, compassionate, amazing, safe spaces where opportunities, people, things, and experiences all come into this space as a landing spot and they love being here.
We're creating ourselves as a magnet, but it's not that we're creating ourselves as a magnet. We are creating almost this vessel within ourselves so that when we call things in for ourselves, we don't automatically just blow them away.
So I have an old story that I'm constantly playing with where there are actually a couple of family members who are convinced that the way that I choose to be in this experience is unsafe, that there's no possible way that the universe can support me as much as I trust that it supports me.
And so I have a whole bunch of family members and even some friends who would prefer it if I did it their way because for them that's comfortable and that's safe. However, I know that I have the ability to collaborate with universal energies, universal laws, and quantum physics. I have a connection to myself where I can call in whatever I want for myself.
So the old story of you're not doing it right, you're going to just, for lack of a better phrase, piss it all away has been something that I've lived into for a very long time.
Instead, as these things come in, let's ditch that type of story and instead connect to “I am so connected with my highest self on an unconditional loving level that I create this gorgeous, beautiful, amazing, safe space for everything that I want for myself to has a landing spot within your reality.”
So money may have a landing spot before you get to deliciously spend it on these lavish things that you want for yourself. Things have a landing spot. Maybe you're intending to hold on to these things and use them and love them.
For years to come case in point, my brand new car - I talk to it daily. I tell it how gorgeous it is. What a loving space it has here with me.
Everything that you're calling in for yourself has a landing space. Within your experience, but let's really make that a safe space for all of those things that you're calling in.
Before we get started with this morning's meditation, just introductions real quick. My name is Hillary Wolf and I am a Reiki master teacher, I am a make-your-own magic coach. I help individuals move from what they think should be within their reality to letting go of any old stories like “You're going to piss it all away. You're not good enough to have this for yourself. This isn't a safe thing.”
I help you then create actual magic within your experience.
I am going to be spearheading and taking on the Embody Reiki program that Jen Kohler has put together and I will be attuning and ultimately certifying others to become Reiki practitioners and start to use Reiki for themselves in every aspect of their lives and ultimately getting to create magic.
So keep your eyes peeled for the landing page, the landing spot where you can start to use Reiki for yourself. That being said, let's go ahead and dive into this morning's meditation.
I'm excited to connect to myself on an unconditional, absolutely loving level so that I can create this amazing safe space for all of the things that I've already called in for myself so that I can relish in them so that I can enjoy them and love them.
So, for those of you who haven't yet meditated with me, there's no wrong way to meditate. I like to sit with my hands up and open. Neurologically, this tells my body I'm perfectly safe in this space. There's nowhere else to be. I like to sit with my feet flat on the ground to feel grounded and to make sure that I actually don't fall asleep.
But, if you prefer lying down, that's perfect. Wherever you're comfy, go ahead and get into that space, and let's get ready to melt. So wherever you're at, find your comfy spot, and let's go ahead and melt. We're gonna start with a ten-count breath, breathing in with the one, out with the two, and so on. So let's get started.
So wherever you are, I invite you to just melt, and get comfy. And in this space, before we begin, I invite you to let go of any over-analysis, any worry, and any negative self-talk that may have come into your consciousness before this moment. Additionally, I invite you to let go of anything on your to-do list.
At the same time, allow yourself to open the door for any nudges, any positive thoughts, any whispers from the universe, from guides, from angels, because this is all about connecting.
Starting our 10-count breath, breathing in with the one, and out with the two, in with the three, and out with the four, in with the five out with the six, in with the seven.
Relaxing a little bit more with each breath. Out with the eight. Last one. In with the nine, and out with the ten.
Now wherever you're at, I invite you to take up your normal, natural breathing rhythm. And this morning we're going to tap into three specific points in the body.
To start, we're going to focus on... The Root Chakra, that space between your hip bones. That Root Chakra runs from the hip area all the way down the legs. It encompasses the knees, the lower legs, the calves, the shins, the ankles, and the feet.
And I invite you to breathe in as we're focusing on this space, while it's a large space of the body. I invite you to breathe in, I am safe.
Within this physical body, and within my own unique energy, I am safe.
I am safe to take the next step.
I am safe to express myself the way that I know my highest self desires to be.
Taking a few breaths into this space, I additionally invite you to imagine as though you have a harness. A climbing harness or that type of harness that you would wear for daredevil feats like bungee jumping. You have it holding on to your hip area.
And on top of that, I invite you to imagine as though you have a net underneath you.
So you have a safety holder. And then a bolster to that just underneath you. You are safe.
The universe is not interested in letting you fall. And in fact, it's really very interested in holding you up. Offering you everything that you want for yourself.
So continuing to visual, visualize that holster. That harness.
Imagine, I invite you to paint in the straps of that harness.
Move them upward. Continuing to hold up the lower part of the body while we move gently up to the heart space.
And in this space, I invite you to notice your breathing. Take a few moments to notice your heartbeat. Acknowledge your human presence in this experience.
And now I invite you to acknowledge the connection that this space has with our innate abilities to manifest.
What does it feel like for you when you're calling in? Those amazingly exciting, delicious, wonderful things that you're wanting for yourself.
For me, the excitement bubbles up and becomes intense within my chest space.
So breathing in, I am love.
I am loved by the Universe.
Especially noting any sensations that come with connecting this with that harness that's holding you up. That's keeping you safe, making sure that you don't fall.
I have the ability to love.
I have the ability to be unconditional love.
Breathing in, I love me.
I have the ability to provide with every cell in my being a love so unconditional and so welcoming that those things that I wish for myself can't help but come into this space.
And in this space, I invite you to take a few more breaths. To connect to that love, that ability to love and connect with yourself unconditionally.
Acknowledge that you are in fact your favorite person in this experience.
If that feels at all resistant to you, I invite you to pretend as though this human body is a child, your child. And your higher self gets to come in and reassure it, that it is loved, that it is safe.
And with this acknowledgment, I invite you to visually complete the straps of your harness. Wrap them around your shoulders.
Now we still have those pieces connected to the top of the shoulders that hold us up, connecting to the Universe. So from this heart space, I invite you to gently move upward, connecting the chest and the shoulders up through the throat space. The jaw, the cheekbones, and then landing at the top of the head.
We are safe. We are love. And now, in this crown chakra, we get to connect with all of the possibilities. As though you are a tiny version of yourself, opening this trap door. From the body, opening it out into all of the energies that surround the body. All of the possibilities.
Looking ahead of you, visualizing infinite possibilities. What does infinity look like to you?
Looking to either side of you. Noticing and acknowledging the infinite possibility.
From this perch at the top of your being, looking behind you, noticing infinite possibility.
From this vantage point, as we've already connected with this infinite possibility, with our harness, I invite you to take a few breaths here and visualize with detail those things that you want for yourself.
Is it a new car? Is it a thing? Something that you can use? Is it an experience? Is it a connection? Is it a relationship? Is it your perfect day?
Whatever it might be that you have put at the top of your list of things that you want for yourself. I invite you to give it detail.
As it moves from the outer edge of your vision. As it swims towards you, floats towards you. Coming from that pool of infinite options, opportunities, or possibilities, you start to notice more of its detail it starts to come more into focus for you.
With the safety and love that you have amplified and ignited within your body, I invite you to give whatever is coming in for you a huge hug, love it, and treat it again as though it's one of your children.
You unconditionally love that it is in this space and you as a being are a safe space. For whatever this manifestation is to land. You are a being and you are a landing site.
As that first thing comes into your focus and with your whole being, you love it unconditionally. You remind it that it has a safe space. You notice more things coming. into focus for you.
So we'll just sit here with a few deep breaths, allowing those things to come in, and as they do, acknowledging them, embracing them, receiving them, welcoming them.
And there's no facade. There's no resistance.
As you show your love and compassion and safe space to land to these things, they are drawn to it. There's no resistance.
Having brought maybe one thing in, maybe several, maybe all of the things are still wanting to come into your space, we will go ahead and come back into the body knowing that we can always come back out to this vantage point with our harness in place and continue to call in all of the things that we want.
We're going to go ahead and climb back into the body gently shutting the trapdoor at the crown chakra.
I am one with the One. I can connect whenever I want to. Because I am enough. I am connected.
I am everything.
Bringing all of those things that you brought into your reality into this safe space almost like you're coming into this space and having a party. A welcoming party. A thanks for being here party.
The energy that's coming from all of those things that you've called in because of that welcoming is appreciation, gratitude, gratitude for having a safe landing space, and gratitude for getting to create a relationship with you as part of this manifestation process.
And then coming back to the chest space, to the heart area, noticing any sensations that might have been amplified since getting to call in these gorgeous relationships with these delicious opportunities.
Taking in three solid breaths, reminding ourselves that we absolutely deserve to create a safe space for all that we desire.
Breathing in with the one and exhale. Breathing in with the two and exhale. Last one. Breathing in with the three.
If you want to stay in the meditation, playing with the relationships that you're creating, with all of the things that you want for yourself, playing with the connection with your highest self, and playing with what it feels like to create this gorgeous, safe landing space, just by being you - just by being love and just by connecting.
I invite you to stay there. Play. Listen. Be available for the nudges that come with playing in this type of meditation. If you're ready to come out, go ahead, wiggle your fingers, wiggle your toes, open your eyes without judgment, and go and have an absolutely gorgeous manifesting, receiving, and relationship-building week for yourself.
